As the year of the Tiger comes to a close and the year of the Rabbit starts, the Academy is busy again with Lion Dance performances and primary school workshops. The Moi Fa team has been performing across the region for more than 20 years now and it brings the whole group together. Old and new students, young and old, musical and physical and even some of the parents get involved.
We have not promoted our performances or workshops heavily since Covid but we are grateful to our regular clients who book us each year to perform and teach. This helps keep the important tradition alive within Kung Fu schools.
The Year of the Water Rabbit starts on 22nd January 2023 and represents patience, peace and prosperity. In major cities around the world you will hear the sounds of drums and cymbals as the Dragons, Lions and Unicorns celebrate the Spring Festival.
