Martial arts is such an amazing environment. It does not matter if you are a Domestic or a Doctor or you come from a poor country or a rich family, the respect given is the same. I have travelled the world and met so many amazing and interesting people through the martial arts community. You will get looked after extremely well and make great friends in the martial arts world if you are a good and genuine person.
I will leave you with this thought, from a hotel room in Athens. I love travelling but everywhere is a lonely place unless you have the people you love and like around you.
