Welcome to the year of the Wood Snake. The Wood element and the Snake Animal are part of a 60 year cycle with the 12 animals and the 5 elements. We kicked off our New Year performances on Friday 24th January and have performances across the North East until 15th February.
Regardless of the year, it’s a good opportunity to shed old habits and renew your motivation and goals for the future.
This is challenging time for the moi fa community with dancers, musicians, parents, helpers and drivers all playing their part. Hopefully you can see our main public performance at Newcastle’s iconic Grainger Market on Saturday 1st Feb. If not you might catch one of our dances in Stockton, Middlesborough, Wynyard, Durham, Consett, Gateshead & Newcastle.
