One Junior program is based on Praying Mantis Kung Fu but we include lots of other elements to provide a well rounded foundation for children. For parents wanting to get their children into martial arts the Little Mantis Kung Fu is a comprehensive martial arts system specifically designed for the children. They will learn traditional Chinese Martial Arts skills which provide an excellent base for a lifetime of martial arts training. We have a syllabus which will take them from White Sash to Junior Black Sash.

People learn better when they are enjoying themselves and can relax, this is more evident with children that anywhere else. Games and drills are part of our classes so that skills are developed and the children are challenged.
The children can test so that they keep progressing steadily up the syllabus. Tests are bite-sized chunks which slowly get more technical and challenging as they progress.
